By accessing or using mooserank.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to the public website, contact forms, free audit experience, and published resources operated under the MooseRank name.
Information, not a guaranteed outcome
Website content and automated audit results are provided for general informational and evaluation purposes. Search results, rankings, traffic, citations, AI-generated answers, platform behavior, and third-party datasets change frequently. MooseRank does not promise a particular ranking, lead volume, revenue result, AI citation, or timeline through the free site experience.
An audit preview may be incomplete, delayed, cached, or based on third-party estimates. It is a starting point for human review, not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice and not a substitute for a complete technical or commercial assessment.
Submissions and permission to evaluate
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to submit a website or business for evaluation. When you request an audit, you authorize MooseRank and its service providers to retrieve publicly available information about the submitted website, search market, listings, backlinks, and competitors for the purpose of producing that audit.

Acceptable use
You may not use the site to:
- break any law or infringe another person’s rights;
- submit websites, data, or personal information without appropriate authority;
- probe, bypass, disrupt, or interfere with security or rate limits;
- introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape, automate, or overload the audit service in a way that harms availability; or
- misrepresent MooseRank analysis as a guarantee or independent certification.
We may restrict or stop access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or service providers.
Intellectual property
The MooseRank name, branding, mascot artwork, site design, written content, original frameworks, and other materials are owned by MooseRank or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, remove attribution from, or create misleading derivatives of substantial site materials without written permission.
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant MooseRank the limited permission needed to process that information and provide the requested site function or response.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services and data sources. MooseRank does not control their availability, methods, content, privacy practices, or continuing accuracy. A link or data reference does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
Paid services
Submitting a form does not create an agency-client, consulting, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any paid website, SEO, audit, or advisory engagement begins only under a separate written agreement or accepted proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the paid engagement.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MooseRank disclaims warranties that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MooseRank will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the public site or free audit experience. MooseRank’s total liability relating solely to that public or free use will not exceed the amount you paid to use it, if any.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update the site or these terms as services and legal requirements change. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown above. New York law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes relating to the public site will be handled in courts with appropriate jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
